Returns
- Damaged or Defective goods must be claimed within 10 days of purchase. 
- Customer has 10 days from purchase to return any goods that didn't meet their expectations. A full refund will be given for items returned in original packaging. Any product that has been removed from the original packaging will be issued a 20% restocking fee. 
Discount Policy 
- Products sold ONLINE are not allowed to be discounted during in season sales period. Any violation of this will result in suspension of account access and partner discounts.
