I am a 32DD and purchased the medium top. While the band fit well the cups in themselves were more on the teeny side. Definitely more spillage than I am usually comfortable with but if thats the look you like, then great! Purchased the jungle green and the color is beautiful, like a dark teal. But for my fellow larger-cupped girls, I would definitely size up to a large.
